High-energy pre-season volleyball action yesterday night at Skanskvarnshallen in Stockholm! Rågsveds IF took the court for competitive friendly matches against Södermalms VBK B (Division 1).
Both our Division 1 squad (Team A) and Division 2 roster (Team B) got valuable match play, testing new tactical rotations, refining offensive plays, and sharpening court communication.
It was an essential step in building momentum and team chemistry as we gear up for the upcoming Swedish volleyball league season.
